A mere 7 months ago we were struggling to get past our first 60 followers and broaden the audience of Hedgers Abroad. Those first followers were primarily family members and friends who wanted to follow our journey living as expatriates in South Korea. 1000We had been averaging 0-10 followers per month after our first 3 months here, and we really worked hard to gain more of a following. For many bloggers, 1000 subscribers is a paltry amount. Coming from so few followers in the beginning, we feel so fortunate to have found so many people interested in what we are doing and how we are living our lives.

We’d like to take this moment to thank everyone who checks in on our website and for those that inspire us to wander onward. We look forward to continuing this site and producing the same kind of content that has drawn all 1000 of you into our world.
