Remember when we announced we were moving a little over a month ago? We said that we would be hanging out in Seoul for just a bit longer and then would be leaving, but we never mentioned where we would be going or what we would be doing. Well, we have left you on the edge of your seats for long enough! Tonight will be our final night in Seoul. Our new home for the next year is the port city of Yeosu, South Korea! We have accepted teaching jobs at public schools and we are beyond excited for this new chapter in our journey.

Before we start our jobs, we have a week of orientation and training. We will be back as soon as possible, bringing you photos and videos of our new apartment and city! Here’s to another great year abroad in 2014.

Yah! Can’t wait to have you two here in Yeosu.
Welcome! I love it here and hope you’ll enjoy it.
Are you also teaching in Yeosu?
I’ve kind of been stalking your blog for awhile and was just waiting to hear where you guys would be teaching. My boyfriend and I also just signed our second contract in Korea! Congrats on the public school position!
Thanks, Christine! We are currently in training for our new jobs, and if everything goes according to plan, we will be teaching at high schools in Yeosu! Where do you and your boyfriend teach in Korea?
We were teaching in Daegu, but we will be starting new jobs in Cheongju. We’re pretty excited since we managed to find a government job that would allow us both to work at the same school. I hope your training goes well! High school students should be interesting!
