Photography is kind of our thing and we absolutely love working together and creating images to share with you of our travels and lives here in Korea. The vast majority of our photos that we share with you are travel themed and landscape shots of some of the amazing countries we have visited. Today, we are switching it up and revealing a side project that we have been working on: an engagement photo-shoot! While we really enjoy taking landscapes, portrait photography is something that has always interested Stephanie.
With our friends’ recent engagement and their final farewells to Korea, we got together one last time for a photo-shoot. Mark and Kayley (who blog over on Chasing KM) have been a part of many of our adventures and so it was a ton of fun working with them to get these photos.
The shoot was located in their Korea hometown, Changwon, near the coastal city of Busan. They wanted photos that captured their time spent together here in Korea, so we made that our priority. They made a list of locations they wanted for the photos namely, the place where they got engaged while on a hike, the scenic overlook of their city, down by the water, and some of the streets that are narrow and charming.
I really like the idea of having photos done right before leaving as a sort of reminder of your time spent in Korea. We are even more flattered that Mark and Kayley loved our photography so much that they asked us to do this for them!
These types of shoots are something we are considering doing more often, so if you are interested in collaborating with us, please feel free to contact us with ideas! We have collaborated with many other bloggers here in Korea and love each opportunity we have had to work together with so many talented people.
Now, without further ado, here are the photos from our shoot. Enjoy!
